Svitlana, you are a successful model whose face graces the covers of fashion magazines. You play a significant role in promoting unique beauty and culture on the international stage. At what age did you realise you wanted to become a model, and how did this dream begin to come true?
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! I suppose I was almost destined for this. My mum enrolled me in a modelling school for children when I was 8. Since then, I’ve taken part in runway shows, beauty pageants, and photoshoots for local brands in Ukraine. However, my career truly began when I was 15, as that’s when I embarked on my first international contract in Shanghai.

Tell us about your collaboration with Bounty Models in Los Angeles. How does modelling in the USA differ from other countries, and what do you consider your key achievements here?
My contract with Bounty Models in LA came as a pleasant surprise—I wasn’t even seeking it out. However, I’m incredibly pleased it happened. The agency has provided numerous opportunities and has taken excellent care of me, especially during times when I needed support the most. They’ve connected me with the right clients, which I believe is crucial. Some career highlights in LA include appearances on the iconic soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, a beauty campaign for Merle Norman, modelling for a lookbook by actress Kyle Richards, and appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, as well as a hair campaign for John Frieda. I’m also very grateful for my commercial clients who regularly book me. Modelling is inherently unpredictable, so having this sense of community and security is invaluable.
