Jasmine Karamel has built a reputation for blending beauty and health. How did the idea for this brand first come to life?
The idea came naturally, inspired by the phrase “Beauty is Health.” It began as a personal need: I was looking for natural, organic perfume oils for myself, but the ones I found were too expensive and sold in very small quantities. That’s when I set a goal to create organic, high-quality perfume oils at a fair price—accessible to all kinds of customers.
What inspired you to focus on natural and organic products made using traditional Indian methods?
My inspiration comes from life itself. To me, feeling good means that life is full of beauty. To feel good, we have to make conscious daily efforts—paying attention to what we put on our skin and hair, what we eat, and always checking ingredient lists before buying any product, whether cosmetic or edible.

How has your vision of clean beauty been received by the market, especially in an industry often driven by trends?
For newcomers, the market is never easy or welcoming. It demands effort, dedication, and patience. We don’t chase trends; our goal is to offer quality products for customers who truly value them. Jasmine Karamel’s signature perfume oils are loved by both women and men, with all scents designed to be completely unisex.
As a woman leading a beauty company, what challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?
Being a woman in business is a challenge because you often need to work harder to prove your capabilities. I see challenges as lessons that help me grow, gain wisdom, and stand firmly behind my decisions. They push me to become a better version of myself than I was yesterday. I must admit, the hardest challenge is not giving up—especially on days when everything seems to go wrong, when employees make mistakes or tasks aren’t completed properly. But I see all of this as part of the journey.

Jasmine Karamel products emphasize health alongside luxury. How do you balance these two aspects in your formulations?
For Jasmine Karamel, the true definition of luxury is quality—and that’s exactly what we deliver: healthy quality.
Educating consumers seems to be a big part of your brand’s mission. Why do you think this is so important, and how has it impacted your growth?
I see it as a constant reminder to always check the ingredient list before buying anything, since certain substances can be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Educated consumers keep coming back for their own well-founded reasons—and that loyalty is the foundation of our growth.

The traditional methods used for your products are fascinating. Can you share more about this process and how it ties into your commitment to sustainability?
The most of our products are made in India, which I consider the motherland of the purest ingredients used in perfumery and cosmetics. That’s why I chose to produce them there. Sustainability is part of who we are and how we view the world. For example, we use only uncolored paper packaging and fill all our products exclusively in glass jars. We truly believe that less is more.
What key ingredients make your products stand out in the clean beauty market?
Our biggest distinction is that our products are 100% natural and organic—something that’s still quite rare, as many “clean” brands aren’t fully clean. I always encourage people to read ingredient lists so they know exactly what they’re buying.

As more brands explore “natural” beauty, what sets Jasmine Karamel apart from the competition?
Jasmine Karamel is built on the belief in nature’s power. Most of our products are made with the purest natural ingredients, guided by a philosophy of care, integrity, and responsibility in everything we offer.
If you could give one piece of advice to young female entrepreneurs dreaming of starting their own brands, what would it be?
Believe in yourself, no matter what! Stay persistent, stay dedicated, and never be afraid to seek advice or ask for help when you need it.

Finally, what is your ultimate vision for Jasmine Karamel? How do you hope the brand will evolve over the years?
Our vision is to grow and become more visible while continuing to develop new products. Evolution is a continuous process, and our top priority will always be customer satisfaction.
